I connect technology, human behaviour and business priorities to help organisations make better decisions and put them into practice.
My work combines digital transformation advisory, behavioural intervention design and the delivery of technology projects. I have led technical teams, developed learning platforms and worked with public institutions, businesses and international organisations.
I hold a PhD in Economics and Business from the University of Granada, awarded Cum Laude, and master’s degrees in economics and informatics engineering. My academic experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Salamanca and management of Granada’s Economic Experimentation Laboratory.
This foundation informs both my consulting and my teaching: understand the problem, examine the evidence and develop solutions people can use. My training work has reached more than 100,000 participants across 25+ countries, with completion reaching 91% in selected online programmes.
