I design learning experiences that develop understanding, judgement and the confidence to apply new skills.

I’m an academic, digital transformation consultant and generative AI educator with more than two decades of experience in curriculum design, programme development, academic supervision and course delivery.

My background combines behavioural economics with technology. I use both to shape learning journeys that support engagement and sustained participation, with online completion reaching 91% in selected programmes.

My academic experience includes postdoctoral research at the University of Salamanca and management of the Economic Experimentation Laboratory at the University of Granada. These foundations inform how I translate research into practical education for government, business and university audiences.
